Aurora Spare Part Management

Objective


Put the Aurora Spare part into Westan's Shopify so we know what we have and we can track what goes where easily
To do that, we're going to put all the common parts in 

Storing Parts


Modules and Cables

Modules and to a certain degree cables and other tidbits are unique to the PRJ..
Please keep them in the respective box labelled clearly with the PRJ# as per below

 

Common Parts: PSU, Receiver Card, Hub Card, Sender Card, etc

PSU (Power Supply Unit), Receiver Card, Hub Card, Sender Card can be used for other Project.
Receiver card however is usually pre-programmed with the PRJ LED's firmware. It's preferable if we use the receiver card earmarked for a certain project for that project.
However because it can also be used for other project, just put a label of which PRJ it comes from and try to choose the one for the PRJ when shipping it out. (if available)

To understand what stock we have, please do stocktake of the parts that we have into your State's Spreadsheet,
Leave these column alone for Evans to do
Shopify Entry         Evans to put in
Shopify Module     Evans to put in based on the batch number and PRJ# above
