Screen need to be running SW version 1.036 or later
To check, press Home to open up the Setting menu
Navigate to Option->Monitor Info
To update the SW, follow the instruction in this article https://support.westan.com.au/portal/en-gb/kb/articles/xxbdl3010q-firmware-update
