The USB Drive must be FORMATTED as FAT32, allocation 64kb)
Copy the firmware file name with the name of your model and put it in the root directory of the USB Drive
Example: For 50BDL3511Q, you must use PHP_50BDL3511Q_WW_92Q_V1.018_20240821161842.bin
Choosing the wrong Software file (eg. choosing 32BDL3511Q SW for 55BDL3511Q HD will damage the screen beyond repair. Please make sure that you've downloaded the correct file

For a couple of models, there are different firmware, depending on which batch of panel is being used.
The correct firmware file must be used.
How to check:
Enter the factory menu by pressing ‘home 1999 return” in a sequence on the remote control.
A blue screen will appear, select “Info”.
Check the panel name ( see red marker in below picture)
Unzip the file.
Copy the firmware file corresponding to your model to the USB disk root directory,
do NOT rename the file.
Insert the USB stick in the monitor.
Press the home button on the remote control, select “Option”
On the right select “Firmware update”, then select “yes” with the arrow keys on the remote control, FW will update by itself.
After finish upgrade process, the monitor will reboot by itself.
Remove the USB disk from the monitor.
Check if the software version is correct: Press “Home 1999 return” on the remote control to enter factory mode > a blue screen will appear on the left side.
Wait until the menu is present before pressing the “1999 return” buttons.
If the firmware is correct do factory reset.
The firmware version can also be checked in the option menu, monitor information.
AC repower once finished.
