BDL3550Q - Clone Process for Fusion
Prepare USB Drive with the Clone content
Prepare USB flash drive formatted in FAT32 format (preferably 16 GB)
Download USB content from the link below
Copy them to the USB Drive as follow
Prerequisite
BDL3550Q FW need to be FB02.07 or later
The FW version is written on the Box of the screen
Cloning Process (takes about 5 minutes)
Connect Power
Connect Network Cable
Connect the USB to the screen, 2nd USB port from the top
Click Start
Select "Clone media files from USB storage"
Select "Next", press OK
Select "Import Signage Display Settings from USB"
Select "Next", press OK
Click "Finish"
Wait for 4 minutes for the cloning to complete
Assigning the screen to Westan TeamViewer account
Press Home, 1, 8, 8, 8 to go to Android Menu
Select Storage and press "OK"
select the USB Drive
Select BDL3550Q Fusion Westan Teamviewer D&D.html, press "OK", navigate to "Open" and click "OK" again
If you're ask to allow, please allow
When ask if you're allowing HTML Viewer to access photos, media, and files on your device
Select Allow and click OK
Navigate to the "https://get.teamviewer.com/6crcxe4" link and press "OK"
TeamViewer will start up and it will give you the option to Cancel or Assign to Westan Support Team
Select Assign and press "OK"
TeamViewer has been assigned to Westan Support Team
Configure Timezone, Schedule, Orientation
Depending on customer's requirement please configure the following
Time Zone
Check the installation/ship to address and work out the timezone
Home->Advanced option->Date and Time
Select the appropriate time zone and hit OK to save it
Schedule
Go back to Home->Advanced Option->Schedule
Ensure the Schedule start and end time is correct
Ensure Input is set to the correct source, Custom
Days of the week are all ticked
Every week is ticked
And most importantly, schedule is enabled
Click Save
Orientation
Navigate to Home->Configuration 2->System rotation
Set the appropriate Orientation
