BDL3550Q Cloning new screen with Vivi using USB Drive


USB Drive Clone Preparation


Download the zipped clone file from the following link



Extract the downloaded files


Navigate to Vivi Clone BDL3550Q Latest\Vivi Clone 32BDL3550Q 20230222


Copy both Android and philips folder into the root directory of a USB Drive formatted with FAT32

Applying the Clone to a brand new screen

Insert the USB Drive to the USB Service Port


Power on the screen

Set the language to English
Press the right arrow on the remote to highlight "Start"



Select "Clone media files from USB Storage", select click "Next"


Select "Import Signage Display Settings from USB", then click "Next"


Click "Finish"


Wait until the screen rebooted

After the reboot, you'll see this page


Press Home,1,8,8,8 to go to the Android Menu
then select "Network"


If you don't have a Wifi Dongle, only Ethernet will be displayed here, if you have a wifi dongle (), you'll see both Ethernet and Wifi.
Choose the appropriate one and set them up


Once the network is set, exit the android menu

Press Info,7,7 on the remote to bring the Screen's info page
Vivi is tied to the screen's MAC Address that's connected to the network.
Use this MAC Address to enrol to your Vivi account
Press back to exit the page
