BDL4511D Firmware Update Procedure

Copy the firmware file corresponding to your model to the USB flash drive (FAT32) root directory.  Do NOT rename the file.
Note: The 65BDL4511D and 75BDL4511D has 2 different firmware files:
PHP_65BDL4511D_WW_92Q_V1.012_05231334.bin PHP_75BDL4511D_WW_92Q_V1.012_05231330.bin
and
PHP_65BDL4511D_WW_92Q_2ndPanel_V1.012_05231402.bin PHP_75BDL4511D_WW_92Q_2ndPanel_V1.012_05231358.bin

When to use which panel bin file
  1. Open the factory menu by pressing 'Home-1-9-9-9-back' on the remote control.
  2. Check the PANEL name
    1. 1st panel: TPV_PANEL_NAME "TPP750UA-QUBP20.K"
    2. 2nd panel: TPV_PANEL_NAME "TPP750UA-QUBP21.K"

Firmware Update
  1. Insert the USB stick in the monitor.
  2. Press the home button on the remote control.
  3. Select "Option".
  4. On the right, select "Firmware update", then select "yes" with the arrow keys on the remote control. 
  5. The FW will update by itself.  This takes a few minutes, you will see the progress on the screen.

Check correct version
  1. When finished, enter the factory menu by pressing "Home-1-9-9-9-back" on the remote.
  2. A blue screen will appear.
  3. Select 'Info'                                                                                                                
  4. Check whether the 'SW Version' is the correct one.                                             

Factory Reset
  1. Enter the factory menu by pressing "Home-1-9-9-9-back" on the remote control.
  2. Select 'Factory reset'.                                                               
  3. You will not see any confirmation on the screen, but the monitor will reboot in about 20 secs.
  4. Perform an AC reboot and you are finished.
