Make sure that the screen has been updated to SW version V1.013 or later
To check current version
Press [Home button] on the remote
Navigate to [Configuration 2] -> [Monitor Information]
To update SW:
Certain Player showing HDCP Support issue from certain player
Check the number of screens being daisy chained
