You can use this firmware for the BDLxx30QL and BDLxx35QL

How to read the firmware version:
Press the “info” button on the remote control when a Physical input source is selected (HDMI, DVI,
VGA, …, even if there is no active signal)
How to upgrade the firmware:
1. Switch on the unit;
2. The monitor should startup (led is green);
3. If the actual firmware version is above 1.10, jump to point n. 7, otherwise continue to n. 4;
4. Perform a factory reset from the factory menu:
a. Press on the remote control : HOME, 1, 9, 9, 9,BACK;
b. Select “Factory Reset” and press OK ;
c. After +/- 10 secs a green message will appear on the screen “Set to virgin(FINAL) mode”;
5. Unplug the power connector or switch off the main AC switch;
6. Repower the monitor by the power connector or the AC switch;
7. Wait until you see any picture or OSD (even “no signal” is fine);
8. Copy the file "upgrade_loader.pkg" to the main folder of a USB stick;
9. Plug the USB stick in the USB connector of the monitor;
10. Unplug the power connector or switch off the main AC switch;
11. Repower the monitor by the power connector or the AC switch;
12. Monitor must start up without any interaction of the user ( RC, local keyboard);
13. Display will show "Software upgrade in progress” ;
a. Firmware upgrade takes +/- 7 minutes.
14. After finishing the upgrade process, the monitor will reboot by itself;
15. Remove USB stick;
16. Repower the monitor by the power connector or the AC switch;
17. Perform a factory reset from the factory menu:
a. Press on the remote control : HOME, 1, 9, 9, 9,BACK;
b. Select “Factory Reset” and press OK ;
c. After +/- 10 secs a green message will appear on the screen “Set to virgin(FINAL)
mode”;
18. Repower the monitor by the power connector or the AC switch;
19. Done!
NOTE: if "Software upgrade in progress…" not appear on the screen try with different USB stick
(FAT32 formatted).
