Troubleshooting

Preparation:
Set the Remote control to normal mode
- Press the Normal button on the remote control for 5 seconds until the green LED on the remote control blinks.

0. Power cycle the screen from the wall power socket and see if picture is restored.
If it is working, then you can stop troubleshooting.
If it is not working, then proceed to step 1.
1. Check if the IR indicator (aka LED Power Indicator ) light is lit on and is on green..

If IR indicator (aka. LED Power indicator) is blank/clear, this usually mean that the screen is not powered (or could also mean that the screen IR Power indicator has been set to off in the configuration)
    - check the screen is powered:
          a. ensure that the wall power outlet is switched on and has power or use a different wall power outlet
          b. ensure that the power cable is ok and not loose (or use a different power cable)
          c. ensure that the rocker switch on the screen, next to where the power cable is plugged into the screen is switched on.
    - if the above is checked, usually this means that the screen is not powered, but there's a small possibility that the screen Power LED light is set to off.

If IR indicator (aka. LED Power indicator) is red, that means the screen is on standby
    - turn the screen on using the remote control / button behind the screen.
    - If the LED Power Indicator stays red, which means the screen can't be controlled using the remote control
    - If the LED Power Indicator turns green, press Home,1,9,9,8 (to ensure that IR lock is not set to on) and press the Home button to see if the OSD Menu appear.
       - IF OSD Menu appear, but you still see no content, proceed to step 2.
       - IF OSD Menu Does not appear, your screen may have backlight issue, proceed to step 3

If IR Indicator (aka. LED Power Indicator) is green, press Home,1,9,9,8 (to ensure that IR lock is not set to on) and press the Home button to see if the OSD Menu appear.
       - IF OSD Menu appear, but you still see no content, proceed to step 2.
       - IF OSD Menu Does not appear, your screen may have backlight issue, proceed to step 3
