HEOS SURROUND SPEAKER SETUP FOR HEOS BAR

CONFIGURING A HEOS SUBWOOFER FOR USE WITH HEOS AVR OR HEOS BAR

PAIRING OF SUBWOOFER OR SURROUNDS WITH HEOS AVR OR HEOS BAR NOT POSSIBLE

FIX IP ADDRESS BEFORE PAIRING SUB TO BAR
First of all, if you could make sure they are in close range of each other when attempting the pairing.
Secondly, often fixing the IP address of each device can solve pairing issues.
To do this, please open the HEOS App > Settings > My devices > HEOS Bar > Advanced > IP Configuration Type > Manual (Static) > Save Setting
Do the same for the Subwoofer and the 2x rear speakers (if you have these).
Once they are all set to Manual (Static) please try to attempt the pairing again.
This is done in HEOS App > Settings > My Devices > HEOS Bar > Setup Assistant > Surrounds
Follow the instructions for pairing the surrounds then do the same for the Subwoofer.
Please let me know if you still have issues after this.
