Download the 'RtfConfigWin.xml' file zip file.

1) Extract RtfConfigWin.xml file from the zip file.  

2) Use that to replace the current one which is located under c:\programdata\dialogic\cfg directory.  But save away the original config file before replacing it. 

3) Open a command prompt, and from any directory run the command 'rtftool reload'.

4) Shortly after issue happens again (and before rebooting the server), go to c:\program files\dialogic\bin, and double-click the 'its_sysinfo.exe' file and then click 'Generate' button. It will gather all rtf related logs into a single file named 'its_sysinfo.zip'.  Send a copy of the zip file to us.
