Google Play Installation Guide
Prerequisites
- Firmware must be v1.2.2.99 or later. Refer to the CvTE Firmware Update User Guide document for details.
- Download the googleplay-priv-app.zip file from here and copy it to a USB stick.
Google Play Installation Guide
- Turn on your unit and go to the Android home page;
- Use the panel’s Remote Controller and enter the following : input +1379 (press Input button followed by entering 1379)
- The firmware setup page appears on the screen
- Insert USB
- Select “Android Setting” from the list. Following list will appear on the screen.
- Select and click on “Feature upgrade Support” option
- Wait until the upgrade is completed
- The system reboots and goes to the Android home page. Click on the “More” icon
- The play store should show up in the list now.
