HFL5x14/6x14 IPTV Setup On TV

HFL5x14/6x14 IPTV Setup On TV

Overview

IPTV Setup can be done:
With CMND - easiest
Without CMND - a bit more complex

With CMND

Ensure a clone file of the Channel List is in CMND
You can do this by:
- Getting a clone file from the TV through CMND
- Uploading a clone file with Channel List in it (download a sample TPM18HE_CloneData.zip if you don't have one)

Go to the File->Channels Section in CMND
On the file that you just imported into CMND (either by performing clone from a TV through CMND or by uploading the sample TPM18HE_CloneData.zip), click Channels logo (See below) to show the channels definition.
Find the Channel clone file and click Edit

You can add channels, modify channels, etc
(It's automatically saved)

Once done, you can push out the Channel clone back to the TV via CMND or downloading it and uploading it to the TV via USB Cloning method.

Without CMND

Get a clone of the TV Channel List either by downloading a full clone from the TV or by downloading the sample TPM18HE_CloneData.zip from this website
Unzip it.
Navigate to TPM181HE_CloneData\MasterCloneData\ChannelList folder
Edit the ChannelList.xml file
Add/Edit the channel accordingly
        <Channel>
            <Multicast url="multicast://225.1.2.1:1234/0/0/0/VBR"/>
            <Setup FreePKG="1" PayPKG1="0" PayPKG2="0" TTV1="0" TTV10="0" TTV2="0" TTV3="0" TTV4="0" TTV5="0" TTV6="0" TTV7="0" TTV8="0" TTV9="0" blank="0" name="ABC HD" presetnumber="20" skip="0" logo=""/>
        </Channel>
