InFocus 40 Series – How to Fix “Upload Failed!" Error When Trying to Save Whiteboard Pages to Cloud Storage

If you come across “Upload Failed!” error when trying to save Whiteboard pages to Cloud Storage, then remove and add back in your cloud storage account to the Cloud Drive app.

To remove your account,

1. open the Cloud Drive app
   
2. press and hold on the account icon
   
3. when the red bin icon appears, click on it to remove the account
