Kandao Meeting Operating instructions

Quick start for Kandao Meeting



Operation instructions
  1. Connect Kandao to power with the 12V adaptor
  2. Connect to laptop with the USB cable
  3. Turn Kandao ON - press top of camera so that it pops up
  4. Camera pops up, the light turns red, purple, then blue and blinks
  5. (it's ready to work)
  6. Start the video call (Zoom, Skype ..)
  7. When Zoom meeting is started it should default to Kandao Meeting camera
  8. If not, select it from the Video options (bottom left)
  9. Audio should default to Kandao Meeting
  10. If not, select it from the Microphone options (bottom left)
  11. Adjust volume in the room: + or - buttons on top of Kandao
  12. For private discussion in room during meeting, press microphone mute on Kandao
  13. Mode button - to switch modes of camera: Discussion, Patrol, Global, Presentation
  14. When meeting is over,
  15. Turn Kandao OFF - press top of camera down
