Kramer Control Updated AWS Certificate.
Users will need to run the KC-Configurator on all brains then update to 2.10.14

Issue Summary:
- The SSL certificate for Brain's cloud connection was automatically renewed with a different certificate authority
- This change has caused verification failures with embedded certificates in Brain devices
- Affected devices: SL-240C, SL-280, and KC-Virtual Brains
- Control functionality continues to work if cache was not cleared
- Online provisioning and publishing are currently unavailable
- Manager & Builder remain fully operational
- Offline provisioning & publishing are unaffected
Available Solutions for SL-240C & SL-280:
- Firmware Update:
- New firmware version V2.10.14 is now available
- This update includes the new root certificate to restore AWS connectivity
- Shared folder location:
2.10.14-prod
- Utility Tool
- R&D has developed a utility issue without requiring a firmware update
- This is the recommended option for customers who can wait
