Kramer KAC-SCD-10 / AudioCodes RX-Panel showing Thumbprint Verification - Thumbprint has failed verification


Issue description:


Panel just shows "Thumbprint Verification - Thumbprint has failed verification"

Solution:


This issue has been resolved with firmware version 2.8.950

 

Firmware can be uploaded in the teams action  centre for units with a pro license or directly to the unit over the network with the android device utility.


 

MTR - update procedure is.


 

The default password is 1234 and is changed after the first login.

To reset the unit to default press and hold the reset button on start up until the LED bar is red.

Then tap the circle on the front panel to highlight Wipe Data/Factory reset. Press and hold to action. Then confirm.
