An email has to be set up in the MP software to send from before you can send
from the white board. Here are the steps to add an email to your Mondopad.
Make sure the Mondopad software is on the newest version.
Create a new Gmail account for the specific purpose of being assigned to the
Mondopad. This can not be an email that is used for anything else.
Go to Customization in the left hand settings column, Select Email at the top
and then Select Gmail as your email type

On the Mondopad software all you need to do is enter the email address and the
password.
In Gmail there are Three settings you need to set within the Gmail account.
Make sure allow less secure apps is turned on
Make sure IMAP is enabled
If the account is not used in some time Google will reset the security so if
you have done this previously but it hasn't been recent you will need to update
the settings again.
If you log into this Gmail account from a browser it might prevent the emails
from getting to the Mondopad so this Gmail account needs to be specific to the
Mondopad only and not accessed by any other app.
Once you have an email setup in the Mondopad then you can share from the
whiteboard and it will email out.
