Dirac Live is supported on the following models
TX-NR7100, TX-RZ30, TX-RZ50, and TX-RZ70
Issue: Dirac Live App says: No Devices Found
Please take a look at this article.
It's best to follow this suggestion to ensure that the issue is not due to network setup
*You could also try to setup your smartphone or computer as an "Internet Hot Spot", sharing the existing internet connection. Connecting to the AVR through this smartphone or laptop Hot Spot might do the trick. If so, there is some kind of trouble with the router or any other network related devices within your setup.
Ensure these ports are opened
UDP Ports:
• 8801 and 8802: These are the primary UDP ports used by Dirac Live to communicate with the receiver during calibration and when the filters are being applied.
TCP Ports:
• 5000: This is used for general communication between the Dirac Live software and the device (receiver) during setup.
Dirac Server Communication
We use standard ports 443 and 80 for communication with the Dirac servers.
