Philips 75BDL3151T Android FW update SOP
1.1 Prepare a USB disk (must be formatted as FAT 32, allocation block 64kb).
1.2 Download the android firmware (update.zip)
1.3 Copy the file from your computer to the USB Drive’s root directory
1.4 Remove the USB Drive from the computer
Step 2: F/W Upgrade
2.1 AC on (Power plug)
2.2 DC on (turn on using the remote)
2.3 Insert the USB disk on the USB port on the side I/O port of Screen.
(! There are 2 USB Ports on the 75BDL3151T. Ensure you plug the USB Drive into the CORRECT ONE!)
2. Insert the USB stick in the monitor, see red marker in pict1.
3. Enter the admin menu by pressing below buttons on the remote control within 1 sec in
a sequence: home 1888
Another way to enter the admin menu =
select source “IWB”, select “settings”, pw = 0000)
4. Select “Settings”
5. Choose “Signage --> System updates
6. Choose the update file from the list and press ok
7. The monitor will reboot to perform the update and reboot again when the operation is finished.
Now perform a factory reset >
1. Select “settings”
2. Choose “Signage --> System tools”
3. Select “factory reset” and execute by pressing OK
4. Factory data reset will appear on the screen for a few seconds.
5. The monitor will reboot and you will see the Welcome screen
6. Follow the wizard of the Welcome screen.
7. AC repower the monitor.
