Philips 75BDL3151T Scaler FW update SOP
1.1 Prepare a USB disk (must be formatted as FAT 32, allocation block 64kb).
1.2 Download the 3 files from the following link (Latest Scaler for 75BDL3151T):
1.3 Copy the file from your computer to the USB Drive’s root directory
1.4 Remove the USB Drive from the computer
Step 2: F/W Upgrade
2.1 AC on (Power plug)
2.2 DC on (turn on using the remote)
2.3 Insert the USB disk on the USB port on the side I/O port of Screen.
(! There are 2 USB Ports on the 75BDL3151T. Ensure you plug the USB Drive into the CORRECT ONE!)
2.3 Power screen
off (AC off), wait for 30 seconds, Power screen on (AC on)
2.4 Screen will automatically
begin the upgrade process after detecting the USB Drive and its content.
2.5 When upgrade reached 80 percent the following notification progress will appear.
2.6 After completing the upgrade process, screen will reboot by itself. This take about three minutes.
2.7 When the Philips logo above appear, please quickly remove the USB drive from the Screen.
2.8 Check if the software version is correct. Press “Home+1999+back” to enter factory menu:
2.9 Still in the Factory Menu, please select Reset, then press OK, then choose Yes to reset the screen.
4. After reset use remote control as per normal to start it.
NOTES：after upgrade the FW must do Reset。
5. Go back into Factory Menu (Home 1999 back)
Find a setting called “UART Control” and ensure that is set to On.
