Phoenix 2.0 Keep Turning off and staying off

There are a couple of possible reasons why screen keep switching itself off and stays off:

Screen becomes too hot and shutdown itself as an act of preservation.
The internal fan is designed to help cool the screen, but if it gets too hot due to lack of ventilation, it may still become too hot and shut itself down.
To ensure the fan is working:
Set General Settings->Cooling Fan: Auto or On
Please also check if the screen have enough ventilation and oriented correctly

Screen Scheduled to turn off
Check General Settings->Schedule 1 to 7 and see if any of their Status = On
If it is, then check General Settings->Clock is set correctly if it is in portrait


Screen detect no video signal, turns off and stays off even when video signal comes back on
To prevent the screen from staying off even when video signal is restored ensure the following setting is set
General Settings->Eco Mode = Normal
If you want screen to turn itself to standby when there's no video signal, this is what you set.
General Settings->Advanced Power Management = On

Screen is being turned off by HDMI signal
Sometimes certain HDMI device send a turn off signal to the screen to turn it off using HDMI-CEC protocol
You can disable HDMI-CEC in the following setting
General Settings->OneWire = Off/Disable

Screen loses power and is set to be on standby when power is restored.
There's a setting to dictate the screen's behaviour when it is just being powered on.
To ensure that it turns back on if power was lost and restored, set the following setting:
General Settings->Switch On State = On
