Innovateq delivers end-to-end
solutions that are fully customized to each client’s requirements working
together through strategic partnerships, Services typically incorporate a full
project management service including all data, electrical, AV, IT and full
maintenance support and services. Innovateq have full national coverage in
Australia and New Zealand.
With more than 1500 resources
available through Innovateq’s unique on-site national service network, Innovateq can deliver high quality,
cost-competitive service solutions that are balanced with the optimal mix of
experience and location coverage. Delivering requirements through a single point of contact, Westan gains a centralised approach and accountability, complemented by the upmost level of professionalism, consistency, performance and results.
Innovateq has installed at over 10,000 digital signage and 5000+ integrated audio visual and music system locations across AUstralia and New Zealand, including digital signage assets in airports, shopping centres and universities.
Resources
Innovateq provides installation and repair services across Australia and New Zealand, including subcontracting arrangements with other vendors. Innovateq do not have any limitations with delivering services across Australia and New Zealand with either its subcontrators or key business partners. All Innovateq's subcontractors are aligned to Innovateq and subcontractor/agent agreements are in place.
Westan draws upon Innovateq services during normal business hours of operation, Monday - Friday, 9am to 5am in the local time. Availability outside of these hours is not provided and we encourage all parties seeking hours of operation outside of these standard times to seek alternate arrangements with a technical service provider.
Innovateq standard response time for visiting site is within 16 hours or two days of confirming a fault.

Innovateq has developed
effective methods of communication which applies for all Projects. Innovateq
also meets all the key representatives of all projects to build good relations
and to promote a high level of open communication.
Innovateq prides itself on

developed and issues/distribute all relevant communications and updates –

Innovateq has built-in
procedures and controls for all projects – which is designed to ensure that
prior to any work is undertaken, it has the relevant “site readiness” status
affirmed, prior to any resources arrive on site. Innovateq extends these
principles to incorporate checks on equipment supply and delivery as well.
Method of compliance with OH&S regulations
Innovateq ensures that its
installers have the following relevant certificates, insurances, and policies
for all sites.

- Full Comprehensive Commercial Vehicle Insurance.
- Workers Compensation Insurance.
- Data and Electrical Licence.
- Work Safe Insurance.
- OH&S Policy and Agreement.
- Confidentiality Agreement between Innovateq and Installer.
All Innovateq’s installers
are compelled to adhere to its strict code of OH&S – and are required to
fill out a Safety Management & Site Coordination Plan for each Site upon
visitation. It is the policy of Innovateq that a safe and healthy working
environment exists at all work sites, by maintaining a high standard of
Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare for employees, sub-contractors, and the
public. All personnel are carefully
instructed in correct techniques for performing the job.
Warranties
Innovateq warrants workmanship for twelve months, All products supplied by Westan subject to standard manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise agreed by Westan.
