xxBDL3010Q (Challenger 2.1) - "Unsupported Audio Format" Message appear when playing video
If you see the above message appearing on your screen when you're playing Video on xxBDL3010Q model, this is likely due to the video file not having any audio codecs:
To check if this is the case, right click on the video file, bring the file properties, select details and see if the audio codecs is missing (see below)
if it is missing, you need to use a video authoring tool to add an audio (it can be a silent audio - as long as the codecs is there)
