Downloading the CORRECT SOFTWARE 



The USB Drive must be FORMATTED as FAT32, allocation 64kb)

Copy the firmware file name with the name of your model and put it in the root directory of the USB Drive
 Example: For 55BDL3010Q, you must use PHP_55BDL3010Q.bin

Choosing the wrong Software file (eg. choosing 32BDL3010Q SW for 55BDL3010Q HD will damage the screen beyond repair. Please make sure that you've downloaded the correct file

Checking If the screen is already running the latest Software Version


1. Check the screen's software
Press Home to bring the Settings Menu (if you're in the middle of playing a USB Content, you need to press the stop button first)
Home (Settings Menu)->Option->Monitor Info


2. Compare it with the version written in the dropbox link above (picture below is an example only, the version may have changed to a later versions)


SW Update Procedure

Insert USB to the screen
Press Menu->Option->Firmware Update->Yes
Once finished, perform Option Reset (Menu->Option->Option Reset)
Power Off (AC off) and Power On (AC on) the screen
