xxBDL3510Q Firmware Update

Downloading the CORRECT SOFTWARE 


The USB Drive must be FORMATTED as FAT32, allocation 64kb)

Copy the firmware file name with the name of your model and put it in the root directory of the USB Drive
 Example: For 55BDL3010Q, you must use PHP_55BDL3010Q.bin

Choosing the wrong Software file (eg. choosing 32BDL3510Q SW for 55BDL3510Q HD will damage the screen beyond repair. Please make sure that you've downloaded the correct file

do NOT rename the file
Note: The 43”, 50”, 65” & 75” do have 2 different panels and they have a different firmware
file

Check in the factory menu ( press Home 1999 back in a sequence on the remote control), the panel name.
Example: 43BDL3510Q, if the panel name is “TPP430WR-QUBF70.K” means you must use the second panel file: PHP_43BDL3510Q_WW_91H_V1.010_2ND_PANEL_20210514164851.bin

43” panel:
 1st: TPP430H3-QUBH10.K
 2nd: TPP430WR-QUBF70.K
65” panel:
 1st: TPP650U2-EQQA3.G
 2nd: TPP650J1-QUBF70.K
75” panel:
1st: TPP750UA-DQYSLM.G
2nd: TPP750UA-QUBF91.K


SPECIAL CASE FOR MAINBOARD CHANGE
If the main board has just been replaced.. and the new board is configured to a different model of screen, you need to trick it to accept the correct file by renaming the correct file to the file  name that the board is currently configured to.
Step:
1. Press Home 1999 back and check the panel size

2. If the board is currently configured for 50" screen, but it should be a 55" screen, then copy the 55" screen file and rename it to the 50" filename.

Checking If the screen is already running the latest Software Version


Press Home to bring the Settings Menu (if you're in the middle of playing a USB Content, you need to press the stop button first)
Home (Settings Menu)->Option->Monitor Info (check if it is running version 1.010 already)




SW Update Procedure

Insert USB to the screen
Press Menu->Option->Firmware Update->Yes
 



 



Check if the Screen is running the latest SW Version

Home (Settings Menu)->Option->Monitor Info (check if it is running version 1.010 already)
