NVM (Non Volatile Memory) Reset Procedure overwrite the NVM memory area with a model specific NVM image that is usually loaded during the TV's assembly process.
The NVM image used is dictated by the LCD component (the front part of the TV that lit up and produces picture) used in the TV.
That's why different Philips HFL TV model WILL require different NVM files
Even 2 BFL TVs of the same model, with different serial number range may use different LCD types, and thus require different NVM files

After NVM reset, the Instant Initial Cloning won't work properly..
If you need to clone in TV configuration, please choose one of these option:
From the TV's Clone USB to TV option
At Instant Initial Cloning (IIC) - Press Skip Searching,
Enter the RoomID: - Press Confirm
Professional Menu - You completed basic setup - Confirm
You'll be shown the professional menu
Navigate to Upgrade and Clone -> Clone USB to TV
Alternatively
Reinstall the TV
Reinstall the TV, and IIC will work properly again
At Instant Initial Cloning (IIC) - Press Skip Searching,
Enter the RoomID: - Press Confirm
Professional Menu - You completed basic setup - Confirm
You'll be shown the professional menu
Reinstall TV- Press Yes
Wait for the reinstall process to complete and the IIC Page to come up
Finish.
