NVM (Non Volatile Memory) Reset Procedure overwrite the NVM memory area with a model specific NVM image that is usually loaded during the TV's assembly process.
The NVM image used is dictated by the LCD component (the front part of the TV that lit up and produces picture) used in the TV.
That's why different Philips HFL TV model WILL require different NVM files
Even 2 HFL TVs of the same model, with different serial number range may use different LCD types, and thus require different NVM files
Prepare the USB Drive:
Format the USB Drive with the following settings:
File system=FAT32
Allocation unit size = 64 kilobyte
Check the panel id code on the label at the back of the TV
Download files (depending on Panel ID) into USB Drive.

- Insert the USB Drive into USB1 interface (the USB Drive at the bottom rear of the TV).
