xxHFL5011/7011 Troubleshooting - TV appear dead and cannot be powered on

Symptoms

TV doesn't have any sign of life.
The IR indicator on the TV doesn't turn on.
If the TV IR indicator light on or the TV showing content, but you can't control it using the remote control, please refer to the following Troubleshooting guides:

Main Reasons

The symptoms of TV appear dead and cannot be powered on could be caused by various things.
The following is the most common reasons
1. TV Data port (yellow RJ45) is connected to the ethernet cable.
There are 2 RJ45 interfaces on the TV, the yellow RJ45 for Data port (Serial & IR connections) and the grey RJ45 for Network port (LAN)
When Network (LAN) cable is connected to the TV Data port (yellow RJ45), the Network (LAN) cable pins will transmit to the Data port's IR Rx pins.
This will cause the IR sensor to be inundated with unintelligible messages which causes the IR sensor not to be able to work at all.
2. TV remote control is accidentally set to wrong Multi RC mode
3. TV power cable is loose or not plugged properly or the GPO (wall socket) doesn't have any power or having irregular power.
4. TV main board or power board is faulty
5. TV panel is faulty

Troubleshooting Steps

The following steps are designed to help you troubleshoot the issue methodologically

Steps
1. Check if there's cable connected to the TV data port (Yellow RJ45),

If there is, remove it and test if you can turn the TV on.
If you now can, that mean the ethernet cable has been connected to the WRONG port, it need to be connected to the RJ45 labelled NETWORK instead, not DATA.
If the TV still shows no sign of life, proceed to step 2.

2. TV remote control is accidentally set to wrong Multi RC mode
Guest may have accidentally change the remote control's Mult-RC mode.
Please press the Home button first, and while that is being pressed, press the blue square button on the remote, and hold both for 10 seconds to change the Remote control's mode back to default mode = blue

and redo the test.

3. Test the TV on another power point using another power cable if necessary. Test that the GPO (wall socket) has power and that the cable is fine and not loose.
If now you can turn the TV on, that means there's something wrong with the power cable and/or the wall socket and not the TV.

4. Try to turn the TV on/off using the key button behind the TV to see if the TV IR indicator can change color
