xxHFL5011/7011 Troubleshooting TV Has No Audio

Problem:

TV has no audio

Possible Cause and Solution

1. TV speaker is set to off or volume is set to 0
      Check the following settings:
      Prof Menu -> Sound->Sound Management -> TV Speakers = ON
      Prof Menu -> Sound->Maximum Volume = set accordingly
      Prof Menu -> Switch on Setting-> Sound Settings-> Volume->TV Speakers = set accordingly
      Power off the TV and Power it on and test.

2. Video source has no audio
    Test the TV with other source to determine whether it's a source problem or TV problem
    Connect the TV with an HDMI source and change the source of the TV to HDMI and see whether audio can be heard.
    Make sure the source's audio is not muted.

3. TV Speaker/Component failed
