xxHFL5011 xxHFL7011 - Setup TV for USB Playback

A.   ENABLE USB Media Browser

 

Open up the Professional Menu by pressing remote sequence (3,1,9,7,5,3,mute in 2 seconds)

Navigate to the [Features] -> [USB Media Browser] -> [Enable] = Yes

Press back multiple times until you’re out of Professional Menu.


 

B.   Playing images/video from USB Source

 

Insert the USB containing the images/video into the TV

Click the Source button on your remote.

Select USB

Select Folders

Click the Options button ( ) on your remote

Configure, shuffle, repeat, slide show speed accordingly

Press back until you’re back on the USB’s Folders page

Click the red button on your remote to play all.

To exit, press the back button.

 

Potential Issues:

-          TV turns off after 4 hours.

Set Auto Standby to Off

Open up the Professional Menu by pressing remote sequence (3,1,9,7,5,3,mute in 2 seconds)

Navigate to the [Advanced]->[Power]->[Auto Standby]=Off

-          Feature is not available

Ensure SW TV version is 5.249.5.164 or higher (the version number is the last 3 digits)

Press 1,2,3,6,5,4, press down to go to the CSM-2 page, check the SW version.

If the SW version is below 5.249.5.164, then update it to the latest SW version by following the instruction in the link below:



Ensure PROFESSIONAL SETTINGS IS ON

Open up the Professional Menu by pressing remote sequence (3,1,9,7,5,3,mute in 2 seconds)

Navigate to the [Advanced]->[Professional Mode] = On
