xxHFLxx14 How to Update Firmware via CMND
1. Download firmware from https://support.westan.com.au/portal/en-gb/kb/articles/xxhfl5014-xxhfl6014-xxhfl5114-xxhfl6114-autorun-upg-normal-software-update
Make sure the downloaded file's name is 'autorun.upg'.
2. Upload it to CMND: go to 'Files' section > select 'Firmware' tab > click on 'Upload'.
3. From 'TVs' section, select the TVs you want to update.
4. From 'Assign' drop down menu, select 'firmware' and then select the correct version.
CMND will manage the update process a few TVs at a time. You can force update a TV by clicking on the 'Process' icon under the 'Actions' section.
