BDL4052E Touch doesn't work after connecting the USB-A to USB-B cable
Overview
The screen has 2x USB-B interface.
However, only 1 of them can be used at any given time to relay interaction.
The active USB-B port can be chosen from within the screen's android menu
Setup
Press the home button on the remote or the cog on the side menu to open up the setting menu.
Press Android Setting (default password = 1234)
Navigate to: setting -> Signage Display -> System tool -> Touch access I/O
Under Redirect Touch/USB to:
- Side I/O (Default)
- Rear I/O
Connect the USB-B to the respective port (see picture below) and connect the USB-A side to the computer.
