Ensure screen is connected to the Local Wifi - click
hereIf the screen status is offline although it is connected to local wifi, there's a possibility that the customer's LAN doesn't connect to the internet.
Please try enabling your mobile hotspot (and disable wifi on your mobile hotspot) and connect the screen to your mobile hotspot instead and see if that works.
If that works, then the internet connection issue through the local LAN need to be sorted by your IT department.
How to Connect To the Local Wifi
Using the Philips remote control
Press OK to bring the Fusion menu on the screen
Select Settings and Press OK
Select Wifi and Press OK
Enable Wifi and connect to the desired wifi network.
Please note that different model/size require the screen to be oriented in a different manner when mount in portrait.
For BDL4050D, the following is how you mount it in portrait
Press OK to bring the Fusion signage menu, choose settings, ensure custom rotation is disabled
Then press Home to bring up the screen's settings menu
->Configuration 2->Rotation->Image Rotate - All = On
