Focal — Ordering replacement parts and accessories

You're in the right place if you need to purchase a replacement part or accessory for your Focal speaker or headphone, including:

  • Speaker grilles, grille frames, or grille fabric
  • Speaker stand spikes, hardware packs, or base components
  • Cables — headphone cables, speaker cables, or power cables
  • Headphone adaptors or connectors
  • Dust caps
  • Decorative trim rings or badges
  • Any other accessory that came with your product and needs replacing

What you need to know before ordering

Focal parts and accessories are model-specific in ways that aren't always obvious. Before contacting us, it helps to have the following information ready — it means we can give you an accurate answer immediately rather than needing to follow up:

  • Your exact model name and number — for speakers, this includes the colour and finish variant (e.g. Focal Aria 926 — Black High Gloss). For grilles especially, the finish determines which grille you need.
  • Your serial number — on a label inside the ear cup (headphones), on the rear panel (speakers), or on the underside of the unit.
  • The specific part you need — describe it as clearly as you can, including colour if relevant.
  • Whether this is a warranty replacement or a purchase — parts that have failed under normal use within the warranty period may be supplied at no charge. Parts needed due to loss or accidental damage are chargeable.

Grille replacements

Speaker grilles are one of the most commonly requested parts and one of the most model-specific. Here's what you need to know:

  • Grilles are specific to both the model and the finish — a black high gloss grille for the Aria 926 is different from a walnut grille for the same speaker, and neither will fit an Aria 906.
  • Grille frames and grille fabric are separate parts — if only the fabric is damaged (torn or stained), it may be repairable or replaceable without a full frame replacement. Let us know the nature of the damage.
  • Check availability with us before ordering — some grilles are stocked locally for faster dispatch. Others need to be ordered from Focal France (4–8 week lead time).

Speaker stand hardware and spikes

Spike kits, thread inserts, hardware packs, and base components for speaker stands (including the Focal Kanta No.1 stands) can often be sourced separately without returning the full product. Contact us with your model and a description of the missing or damaged component.

Important: If a small part has fallen inside the speaker cavity (for example, a threaded insert), do not power the speaker on. Arrange to have the speaker inspected before use to check for internal damage.

Headphone cables and adaptors

Replacement cables and adaptors are available for most current Focal headphone models. Cables are model-specific — the connector type and length vary across the Bathys, Celestee, Elegia, Clear, Utopia, and Radiance ranges. Contact us with your exact model and we'll confirm which cable is compatible and whether it's in stock locally or needs to be ordered.

Parts not in local stock — what to expect

When a part is not available locally, we order it from Focal France. Here's what to expect:

  • Typical lead time: 4–8 weeks from the date of order confirmation
  • We'll confirm before ordering: We'll let you know pricing and lead time before raising the order, so there are no surprises
  • We'll update you: We'll contact you when the order is placed and again when the part arrives
  • Discontinued parts: A small number of older Focal models have parts that are no longer manufactured. If this is the case for your product, we'll let you know promptly and discuss the options available

Frequently asked questions

My grille was damaged in transit. Is that covered?

Transit damage to any part of the product, including the grille, should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Contact us with photos of the damage and the packaging. If the damage occurred before delivery, we'll arrange a replacement grille at no charge.

I've lost one of the speaker spikes. Can I just order one?

Yes — individual spikes and hardware components can be ordered separately. Contact us with your speaker model and stand type and we'll confirm what's available.

Is the part I need definitely available?

For current Focal models (products still being manufactured), parts are generally available through Focal France, though lead times vary. For discontinued models, availability depends on Focal's remaining stock. We'll always check before raising an order and give you an honest answer about availability and timing.

Can I get a part sent to New Zealand?

Yes — we supply parts across Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs to New Zealand may apply for chargeable parts orders. Contact us and we'll confirm the details for your specific order.
