How to Uninstall Mondopad Ultra v4

1. Exit Mondopad software

2. From the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, uninstall the following:
Bonjour
Lightcast
Anything that includes "SQL" anywhere in the name
Anything that includes "Mondopad" in the name

Nalperion service is also installed by our software but we don't recommend uninstalling it as its used by many other software companies and may cause issues with other softwares. Its used as part of the checking for updates process.

3. Restart
4. Remove the following folder
C:/Zoos

If you want to remove any remnants of the software there are some folders in the Program files and Program files(x86) that would be left behind by the uninstall
(Program Files X86)
Bonjour
InFocus
Microsoft SQL

(Program Files)
Bonjour
Anything that says Lightcast
Microsoft SQL

There are other folders that our software installs but they are not active, they are primarily installers and drivers
C:/Applications
C:/Drivers
C:/InFocus

At this point re-install the Mondopad software.
