INF 40 Series - RepairGuide Mainboard Replacement

When the panel starts in AT View mode after replacing the mainboard, loading the correct firmware from below will correct this.

INF6540 Firmware Download:

Preparing the USB drive

  1. Format a USB drive (FAT32)
  2. From the links above, download the file specific to your display
  3. Extract the contents of that file and locate the Upgrade_811 folder
  4. Copy the Upgrade_811 folder to the root directory of a USB drive (do not change the folders name)

USB drive setup with the Android firmware

  1. Replace the mainboard.
  2. Plug the prepared USB stick into the topmost USB 3.0 port on the side panel.
  3. Turn on the mains power to the screen.
  4. When the Commercial Display logo appears on the screen, press and hold the power button on the front panel until it starts blinking, and then release the button.
  5. The system starts up and the firmware upgrade will start as indicated below.
  6. When it is done, it will ask you to set up the display again as if are just setting it up for the first time.

If the firmware upgrade doesn't start, try a different USB.
