INFxx00 - External Hard Drive doesn't show up in touch screen
Issue description
When the external HDD was plugged in, a dialogue box appears stating that a usb device has been unplugged. (the total opposite of what was done). The drive whirs but nothing happens on screen after that dialogue box
The INFxx00 is an Android display and does not support NTFS. 99% of drives are formatted Fat 32 for drives 32 GB and under everything over 32 GB are formatted NTFS since the primary USB drive market is Windows and Mac PC's which can both read NTFS.
In the testing scenario with the Sandisk and the Western Digital MyPassport drive the Sandisk is most likely a USB drive 32 GB or less and the MyPassport which is probably somewhere between 500 GB and 3 TB in size. Using a utility such as Rufus (link below) it should be possible to reformat the MyPassport drive to Fat 32.
