Klipsch, Pioneer and Onkyo Support Process

Please follow the below process for warranty support on all Klipsch, Onkyo and Pioneer products:
  1. End users to bring product back to the place of purchase.

    Active Subwoofers = 2 years on electronics, 5 years on woofers
    Powered Speakers - Portable and Active Bookshelf = 1 year

    Wearables - Headphones = 1 year
    Wearables - Earphones = 2 years

  2. Reseller verifies warranty and troubleshoots the product.
  3. If the fault persists, the Reseller sends the unit to the closest Authorised Repair Agent.
  4. The Authorised Repair Agent creates a ticket with Westan.
  5. Westan authorises assessment and repair work, if applicable.
  6. If the Authorised Repair Agent's assessment is No Fault Found, Westan reserves the right to charge the Reseller for any labour and freight costs associated with assessment of the unit.
  7. The Authorised Repair Agent returns the repaired unit to the Reseller or Westan may also issue a replacement where parts are not available or a repair cannot be viably actioned.
