xxBDL4150D (Himalaya 2.0) TeamViewer / App can't get connected

Possible Issue:
1. Network Connection Issue
      Ethernet
              - check your ethernet cable is plugged in properly and connected to the correct switch/router at the back end
             - check if the  DHCP server is working properly by testing another device (laptop) to the cable. Try to set the screen to static IP address and see if it can get connected.
      Wifi
            - check if the wifi in the area is congested with other wifi Access Point and if the range is good.
2. SSL Negotiation issue due to the screen being set to the wrong time.
Set Home->Advanced Option->Date and Time - Auto Sync = Yes
