BDL4052E Unable To See USB Drive On The File Manager
Overview
The screen "External Storage Lock" which when enabled doesn't allow new USB Drive to be recognized by the system.
The following steps shows how to disable it.
Procedure
Press Home button on the remote to bring the Settings Menu
Navigate to "Android Settings"
Key in the Pin "1234", then press OK
Press "Signage Display"
Press "System updates"
Press "Local update"
Untick "External Storage Lock"
Exit the menu
Remove and re-insert the USB Drive
