Mondopad Ultra 4 - Setting Microsoft account not to retain user credential


Opening Up Microsoft Teams and Signing Into a User's MS Teams account


Click on Microsoft Teams logo (if the option is not there, please read this article on how to put the MS Teams as a clickable app)


click Get Started



Type in your username and password and click "Sign in"


ensure "Allow my organization to manage my device" is unticked
AND
click the "No, sign in to this app only" option
Failing to do this will result in your username and password to be retained by MS Windows



Signing Out from MS Teams

To sign out, click on user profile photo and click sign out.





Removing user from MS Teams login list


Click the Start key, type "your account info", click "Your account info"



Ensure that the account used is Local account - Administrator 
If it is not, please click on "Sign in With Local Account instead" and create an local Administrator account with no password to allow user to automatically login to windows.



Press Windows Start button
Type in "Access work or school"
Choose "Access work or school" out of the list


Disconnect all connected users.





Set Email & Accounts settings to "Apps need to ask me to use this account" (you can only do this if the account used to login is Local Account - Administrator)
