What happens if my signage screen shows up with Android recovery screen?

  1. Have you tried to cut the power off altogether and wait 20 seconds before turning it back on to see if it resolves the issue?
  2. Have you checked if any of the buttons at the back of the screen is slightly depressed and stuck down?
  3. Have there been any sprays used to clean the screen?
