Activation Key Recovery and Transfer Process for Mondopad (Model: INF6550)

Activation Key Recovery Process:

  1. Locate the Activation Key:

    • If the old computer is still available, navigate to C:\Programfile\infocus\mondopad\logs.
    • Open the file log-VideoMeeting.txt located in C:/Zoos/client/logs.
    • Look for the Mondopad serial number in the log file, which will display the activation key.

  2. Deactivate the Key on the Old Computer:

    • Once you have located the activation key, deactivate it on the old computer to prevent any conflicts when re-activating on a new machine.

  3. Activate the Key on the New Computer:

    • After deactivation, use the activation key to activate the software on the new computer.

  4. If the Old Computer Is Not Available:

    • If the old computer is not accessible and the activation key cannot be found, request a new activation key from InFocus.

  5. Reset Activation Key (If Necessary):

    • If the old key is found but cannot be used to activate the software on the new computer, contact InFocus with the key details for a reset.

  6. Contact for Support:

This process ensures that the Mondopad activation key is successfully recovered, deactivated, and re-activated on the new computer.
