CMND - Login Password Recovery


Access Forgot Password Option in CMND


Open Up CMND

click Forgot Password


There are 2 option to retrieve the password.

1. Password Recovery Using Reset email address


Provide the username (ie.admin) and the reset email (the email that you've keyed in when you setup CMND)


Then follow the instruction in your email


2. Password Recovery Using Reset Token (By Contacting Philips Support Team)

Only works on CMND version 3.10

Generate the Reset Token

 1. Click the "Reset By Ticket" Tab
 2. Type the username that you want to recover (eg. admin)
 3. Click "Generate"
 4. Copy the Reset Token value


Submit a ticket to Philips.

 Login to the Philips support portal (you need to register if you don't have an account)


click "Contact Support"


Fill in the "Contact support For" Form



Click Send us an email


Fill in "Raise your Case" form, advising the hotel name and also the Reset Token generated earlier.




Click Next



On "Add A New Product" form, Click Next 




On "Send us an email" page, click Next





Then submit the request.




Wait for Philips to provide  you with the "Reset Ticket" (it may take overnight or longer)


Key both the "Reset Token" and "Reset Ticket" provided earlier



Set the new password
