Clearing App Cache


Go to Professional Menu by pressing Mute, left, right, up, down, OK
Go to Android Settings->Device Preferences -> Storage -> Internal Shared Storage -> Apps -> See All apps
Choose the app whose cache you want to clear
Clear Cache

Checking The Setting to Automatically Clear the Data and Cache


TV Setting should actually clear the data and cache automatically unless the screen is being used for signage purpose (eg. Fusion Signage app) where clearing the data means the screen will have a new identity that needs to be re-added to the portal.
If your TV is not being used for signage purposes then check this setting:

Go to Professional Menu by pressing Mute, left, right, up, down, OK
Go to Guest Management -> Clear User Data
      For hotel, this is usually set to CheckIn and CheckOut
      For common area (provided that it doesn't have any signage app - like fusion), you can set this as Daily
