How to respond to EOL repair enquiries

Use the following wording when advising a dealer or customer that a product is end-of-life:

"Thank you for contacting Westan Naim support. Unfortunately, [product model] has reached end-of-life and is no longer supported by Naim Audio. Spare parts for this model are no longer available through Naim UK or Westan, and we are unable to facilitate a repair through official channels.

If you wish to pursue a repair independently, a specialist vintage or high-end audio repair technician may be able to assist, though we are unable to provide schematics or parts support for EOL products."

Checking EOL status before rejecting

Before rejecting a repair request as EOL, confirm the product status with Naim UK dealer support if you are unsure: dealer@naimaudio.com. Some borderline models (e.g. N172 XS) may still have limited support available.
