Check if the current SW is already the latest SW (FB07.01)
Make sure you're already pass the Initial setup screen
Press info 77
Check if the SW is already the latest (FB07.01)
Update Procedure
1. Download the latest update.zip file from the following link
2. Prepare a USB Drive (formatted as FAT16 or FAT 32)
3. Copy the update.zip file to the USB Drive’s root directory
4. Insert the USB Drive into the USB port on the side I/O port of the screen.
65BDL3050Q, 75BDL3050Q, 86BDL3050Q – insert the USB disk into the third USB port, the first row near the rear cover, as picture 1.
55BDL3050Q, 50BDL3050Q, 49BDL3050Q – insert the USB disk into the second port from top to bottom, as picture 2.
5. Enter the Android Menu by pressing Home,1,8,8,8
6. Select Settings ->About->system updates
7. Select the update.zip file and press OK.
If the upgrade didn’t occur/fail, try different USB Drive.
7. Confirm the SW version is the latest by comparing the version in https://westanonline.sharepoint.com/:f:/s/Support/ErJYbs7CWElelAB0EnbdjWQBmTbcqK8qAzuaZVIRxPLY2g?e=YhbOwJ and the FB version in Info + 77
8. Press menu+1999+back to get into Factory Menu
9. Set Burn In to Off (to get rid of Color cycling)
10. Factory Reset -> OK
