xxBDL4150D fail to recognize network connection

xxBDL4150D fail to recognize network connection

We've experienced issue before where the screen failed to recognise the existence of network connection.

This seemed to be due to the VLAN/QoS setting at the switch.

solution:
 Changed QoS settings to port based and set all to highest priority
