xxHFL28x9 USB Logging

Format USB with FAT32, 64kb allocation

Connect USB to TV
Press Home,4,7,2,5 on the remote
Navigate to Diagnostics->USB logging = ON
A txt file will be created in the USB Drive that contains the log
Reproduce Issue.
Send the txt file for analysis.
